• Acted as solicitors to the Invitation in the listing of Ezra Holdings Limited, Select Group Limited, Sitra Holdings (International) Limited, Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group Ltd. on the Singapore Exchange.
• Acted as solicitors to the company in the reverse listing of China Diary Group Ltd.
• Acted as solicitors to the issue manager, placement agent and underwriter in the listing of China Fibretech Ltd on the Singapore Exchange.
• Acted as Singapore solicitors of Greater China Precision Components Limited in its listing on the Entry Standard transparency level of Deutsche Börse AG in Germany.
• Advised West China Cement Limited, a China-based company, in its proposed placing of new shares to investors in Singapore in connection with its admission to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in London.
• Acted for YHI International Limited in the cross-border acquisitions of a motor accessories company in the United States, and in the acquisition of O.Z S.p.A. in Italy.
• Acted for OSK Holdings Berhad, a company listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, in the cross-border acquisition of DMG & Partners Securities Pte Ltd in Singapore.
• Acted for Super Coffeemix Manufacturing Limited in the acquisitions of various food and beverage companies in Singapore, PRC and Indonesia.
• Acted for Ban Joo & Company Ltd in the acquisitions of various garment related companies in Singapore, Honduras and Hong Kong.
• Acted for Innoform Media Pte Ltd (subsidiary of PSC Corporation Ltd) in the acquisition of Alliance Singapore Entertainment Pte Ltd.
• Acted for various listed companies, such as Super Coffeemix Manufacturing Ltd, Rotol Singapore Limited, Sapphire Corporation Ltd, Select Group Ltd in their placement exercises.
• Acted for the placees in the subscription of placement shares by various listed companies in Singapore such as China Healthcare Limited, Lasseters International Holdings Limited and Southern Packaging Group Limited.
• Advised on various takeover exercises, including advising the majority shareholders in the intended takeover of Thai Village Holdings Ltd by Apex-Pal International Ltd.  
• Acted for companies listed on the Singapore Exchange in various corporate transactions, such as corporate debt restructuring, rights issues, share buy backs, employee share options schemes etc and other regulatory compliance matters.
